Even if ATVI were to win their last-minute desperation lawsuit 2 years from now, there wouldn't be any damages awarded, as WDDD hasn't made a dime off this patent(s). The stock will rock next week for sure heading into the MSJ hearing. Unreal that anyone would take ATVI's action as serious.
