As Alan, the SA blogger who've posted a few article about MJNA, pointed out - no one has ever stated they've "capped their shares" - not sure if this is even legal to do but then again, this is a pink stock, they can get away with murder, of which they can't do if they uplist.

And they will not be uplisting anytime soon with those FIVE BILLION SHARES.

Looking forward to seeing their next disclosure, it's going to be a hoot.
