Emerging markets have done very well the last few days. That is why I regretted taking just a modest position. I suspect they will hold pretty well during the next down phase since they have rallied only half as much as western markets despite recent strength.

Japan is another story -- truly terrible action. Looks a lot lower despite the massive pounding to date.
