Sell at $5.00? I don't know how you can justify that price, and you're more than welcome to do so, but I see it much differently.

I could have invested what I spent over the years accumulating PPHM in a chump-change bank and got back more there than if I settled for $5.00.

Don't forget that Uncle Sam will want his cut of that $5.00, so what is left?
