The "career" of "Conrad F. Mir."

Hey! That rhymes! I should have been a poet!

Anyway, reading Conrad's "linkedin" profile, he says he was a "managing director" at "Arotech Inc."

Well, a quick google shows that, in REALITY, he was "director of investor relations"!

At the end of all of ARTX's press releases from around 10-11 years ago, it says anyone with questions should contact "mir@arotech.com."

Yessir, taking care of all those nosy investors must have been a heavy responsibility!

Although I can't really see much connection to selling medical devices.

After that, for three years, he was "executive director (CEO)" at "GV Stone Corp."

Let's see...hmmmmmmmm...the "yellowpages" says "GV Stone Corp is a business providing services in the field of Landscape Contractors...".

"Landscape contractors"?

Well, that experience should certainly help sell medical devices!

"GV Stone"'s address is listed as "19 New Brier Ln, Clifton, NJ 07012," which, curiously enough, is listed as Conrad Mir's residence!

Must have been very convenient -- don't you agree?

Then he became "Chairman & CEO" of "Aran™ Laboratories, Inc.":

"...a fully-accredited EPA research laboratory. We are committed to the discovery and furtherance of air and water remediation through the use of super-oxygen. Our proprietary product line of sanitizers for air and aqueous environments is the cornerstone of our remediation business."

"Aran" was -- and still is -- located in in a small town in central Ohio and -- in REALITY -- made/makes ozone generators (the "proprietary product line"?)!

Curiously enough, it appears that Conrad performed this job from his home address in New Jersey as well!

Is the guy agoraphobic or what?

Conrad says the next two years involved him working as "executive director" of Advaxis, Inc.

ADXS described him as "Director, Business Development," but it appears that -- in reality -- his title was "Director, Investor Relations & Business Development."

More "public relations"?

Okay but still doesn't appear to have sold many medical devices.

After that, for a little over a year, he became "Chairman & CEO' of "Genetic Immunity Inc" -- "a US/Hungarian clinical-stage biotechnology company focusing on the discovery, development and commercialization of personalized Immune Therapies."

Conrad says it is “a software company that has the ability to predict the efficacy of the drug.”

"The company’s software has the capability to, “take into account the genetic makeup of the patient and the genetic makeup of the disease…we put that together, see what happens in the future, we predict the efficacy of the drug, and then we formulate the drug”

Gee, Conrad, maybe you should have discussed it with Dr. Julianna Lisziewicz, the Hungarian scientist who founded the company in 1988.

After all, she was trying and market something called "dermavir" -- a transdermal patch that allegedly could deliver an HIV vaccine without actually perforating the skin.

Well, at least Conrad is getting closer to CTTC's area of expertise -- i.e. pursuing pipe dreams -- since Ms. whatshername's
ideas about patches stimulating Langerhans cells are almost as goofy as Marineo's ideas about curing the world with TENS devices.

Still, Conrad allegedly manufactured a merger with another Hungarian company -- "Power of the Dream Ventures, Inc" -- a stock that, at 4 CENTS a share, actually trades lower than CTTC.

Unfortunately, judging by SEC filings and news releases, the "dream" didn't have much "power" since nothing appears to have come from the merger -- except (surprise, surprise) the sale of a lot of stock.

And judging from the "street view" of his home, I'd say not too much has come from Conrad's career choices either.

But, hey, at least he can add another "CEO" posttion to his next job application -- right?
