Ironically living in Colorado where we have a stalwart NeoCon Governor (is it just me or do all these people seem overly sincere and condescending?) the testing is being curtailed do to spending cuts.
We also, like many other states just lost our Primary election due to the fact that budget cuts make even elections a little too expensive.
