ENTA—Unless insiders are selling right now or sold yesterday, the lockup expiration has had a minuscule effect on the share price to date. The ENTA Form-4 posted in #msg-92658760 is the only one that has been filed, and SEC rules require that Form-4 be filed within two days of an insider transaction.

A better explanation of the pullback in the share price, IMO, is that ABBV/ENTA are basically sitting out AASLD (#msg-92269405, #msg-92226409), while such companies as MRK will be presenting their best data.
