The MMs continue to manipulate especially now with the FINRA Naked Short VOL reporting shut down due to the Gov't Congress shutdown. Nevertheless the MMs will have to buy to cover in the near future like next week when the purchasing Brokerages demand delivery. Whoever is buying is NOT a Flipper but rather Professional buyers that are in for the Long term.

The last daily FINRA rpt was Oct 1, 2013

They have been shut down since.
