Spenc, first of all I have to prehempt by saying that I am long and not a basher.

The significance for investor (and may be traders) is that James N. Turek, Sr. is CEO of two companies: PLNI and TBLU. The later has been named for two diffent lawsuits. The first lawsuit, Turek never showed up, while for the second lawsuit, he is questioning the juridiction of the court in which ihe is asked to appear. The outcome of this last appeal was supposed to end late 2005. If someone knows anything about this, let us know IF you think that it really matters to you.

Here is the supporting documen:t(READ: SECTION 8 as supporting paragraph)

HOWEVER, and most important for the investor (long-term holders and prospective holders) community, is that PLNI has made some inroads, met impasses, and studdered on many promises by not materializing their words into actions, much like stepping back and forth to simulate motion when the end-results is more like inertia. Yet, I am waitng, like many others, on the SEMCO deal, the restructuring of shares, and uplisting, all of which depends on more than the man (Turek) himself.

That being said, check out www.stockprowler.com for what they have to say about PLNI. By the time I finished reading their awesomely exhaustive review of PLNI, I still felt that I am in the right stock.
