???? No I'm not thinking any of that. The A/S increase was in the best interest for the company to dilute and still stay and business. In simply explaining to you guys why this company is screwed. If you guys approved of the A/S increase, they could have diluted and got some funds to pay back a lot of bills.

But now they're in debt even more and are becoming bankrupted
