I "think" they have an offer on the table, but I think they might have more than one. They might have European interest as well. Especially since they tailored their revisions to the patents for the EU. I am going to say that we are going to hear what we want to hear by the end of the month. It just goes along with all the posts and hiring a law firm. Why hire a lawyer unless they have work for them.
