Sr. Jaramillo,
Would it not be possible to raise the funds necessary to construct the new plant by selling at least some of the tailings at the Government's processing plant, then using the funds realized from the sale to build the new plant? Admittedly, this would result in paying high processing fees to the Government plant until the Company plant could be completed, but it should also make funds available very quickly to begin construction. Was this possibility considered?
