I suspect you're right. At the least, she personally has 5 million shares she was given, according to the filing. And who knows how many of those "companies and individuals providing services to MPIX" are actually entities which she controls or has an interest in.

I'm betting she's still pulling the strings here and still handing out shares to promoters.
