Why would you think 76M shares being sold for $91,000.00 by lunch time would be dilution? SG just got 1.3M as an advance on $5M to finish the stated purchase. I would say that today's amount of chump change is nothing but the shorts and day traders grabbing some lunch money as they have done for months now.

Go back to July 16th. Not even close to the 498M in sales on July 18th. SG is NOT selling shares and nothing points to that either. Their have been NO formal statements put out to verify that magical dilution either.

Market manipulation, shorts and day traders is ALL that's going on here and will be long gone once events start happening as SG has stated.

Funny how a RISING PPS tends to " run off " the small time players and speculators each and every time isn't it??
