I agree with you and nodummy both. GLER is trying.. and this could be the one that makes it, but, the logical side of me sees how they continue releasing these forward-looking statements before they ever happen. A real merger happens behind the scenes - the crowd doesn't know about it until the day of. This slow grind and constant PRs about the "potential" is likely just a reason to sell shares. who knows. the historical share structure nodummy listed is pretty much a giveaway though. scary stuff. penny players love it though. so more power to them.
