No, I am taking the info in the context of what has been happening. The GOB called them out and Treaty had nothing to show them.

Treaty has 3 wells to plug. Normal procedure is to plug and abandon soon after and before the rig is moved from the site. The GOB likely wants Treaty to quit playing "exploration company" and start plugging and cleaning up their mess.

They did tell the GOB they would plug 1 & 2 the first quarter of 2013. Here we are 4th quarter and Treaty STILL has not plugged those wells.

It's not good to let them sit especially in a geology like that in that area of Belize, it can cause a host of problems.
