Represented Forstmann Little in litigation brought by the State of Connecticut, a limited partner in Forstmann Little investment funds, alleging breach of fiduciary duty and breach of contract. Represented MediaOne/AT&T Broadband in a contract dispute over responsibility for telephone consumer class action lawsuits brought against U S WEST. The dispute was tried to a 3-member arbitration panel. Case won.
