Well, HPNN shares are worthless.

Each share is one tenth-billonth of a $10 million debt.
All the new dilutive shares proceeds are used by the CEO as pocket money.
From tine to time, the company pretends to be selling a product, always at a loss.

Of course, when the company has new shares to peddle, there will be fluff PRs to stimulate the dumping.
That's about it.
