fuagf -- what's missing for me in forming my judgment of him is giving even the tiniest little bit of a shit about and/or shred of deference to Catholic dogma/institutional inertia and whatever constraints that all might put on him, oh boo-fucking-hoo -- in particular given that he's spent his entire adult life working his way into his present status and position, as head of one of the most rankly evil and inherently illegitimate institutions erected on a foundation of utterly preposterous bullshit ever to grace history, entirely not only willingly, but willfully

as I've said before -- let him, for starters, run every last one of the child molesters and their accomplices and protectors worldwide out of the Church to the fullest extent of its idiot damnable damning rituals, and, more to the point, turn everything the Church has on all of them over to the proper authorities and publicly disclose all of the same, completely and utterly unredacted

then, perhaps, just perhaps, I will pause to consider the possibility that Bergoglio represents anything at all different, or better
