If you bothered to read the pr's and 8k's, you would know the satellite imaging was paid by the JV partner.
Furthermore, this so-called debt had occurred over two years ago. If the ex- lawyers were going to foreclose / capable of foreclosure, don't u think they would have by now. This has been discussed ad nauseam. Rumor has it, that the ex- lawyers screwed up so many things, that if they dared to foreclose, they'd be sued for malpractice.
The screwed up situation occurred priority this current management taking over.
ANYONE HAVE ANY OTHER EXPLANATION WHY THE EX-LAWYERS HAVEN'T ACTED IN OVER TWO YEARS?
