I'm a believer, but not in the context of the stock market. As far as that goes I'm a "show me" kind of doggie.

So, show me a HIGH VOLUME BREAKOUT from this possible inverse H&S and I will become a believer in that inverse H&S for as long as it keeps going up.

Believing in a new bull market is another thing entirely.
