Hi Steve,
I was looking at the VXN the other day. It looks as though the last low in 2002 was tested for close to a week before reversing. I wonder if we will be getting the same thing happening here? Is 36.21 the lowest the VXN has been in some time? What about the market rallies in 2000? I can't believe what happened with your Japan fund. At least there will be more opportunities.
