I also have a son who needed extra help outside the public school system. He's bright also, but has specific learning disabilities. Unfortunately, I didn't get him help until he had several unsuccessful years. Glad to hear you have acted early and getting him the help he needs now. I understand the financial strain, but in the long run it's worth it.
