i agree most things like that are commonly stated n dont mean much. i only quickly glanced thru the 8K i did see afew things of concern but nothing shockin

the biggest concern shareholders should have is where n how did RR get these bottles n who paid to have them filled, who has rights to the names, images, etc

it sure seems like expu has some of the rights to these, but RR has plenty of shares of expu to pay Alf off for anything he took from expu. and we already know Alf has no interest in any plastic bottles so most likely he would accpect shares from RR n settle out of court.
