(1) roughly 9.88/26.00 = 38% return for roughly 4 months
(2) 12months/4months = 3
(3) 3 times 38% = 114% yearly return.
(4) Still alot better then 10% times 3 = 30%, which is my
yearly return.
(5) Just wondering ???
