<if the combined business are well managed>

I have no doubt that Shamir will see to it,
after all it is his money, and his record
proves he will supervise this indeed be done.

The best point is that in 1999 VP development
and one of EVS founders, left the company in
order to found Panoptes.

Now this very person will assume his former
position as V.P developments EVS.
Under these circumstances, the merging of the
two companies is no real hurdle.

The issue which i find no less interesting is
SCANMASTER which was headed for the London
IPO.
Hopefully we will soon hear some developments
in regards this issue.

In my newly revised opinion, we are closer to
my projected target.
