Littlejohn, actually that is slightly incorrect interpretation of the rule. The stocks that were already picked (Before we made the rule up) had to be .20 as of Wednesday Close, otherwise they would have not been admitted at that time, and the person who picked that stock would be put on notice that there stock didn't qualify at the moment. But theoretically if someone submitted IDIB.ob today, I would have to admit it because it climbed over .20, and now is a playable stock, now if it was picked yesterday it wouldn't have been allowed, but that party would have been contacted today saying there pick is .20+ so it is acceptable now. obviously anything .20+ after thursday's close is acceptable, if you haven't picked yet. Obviously if it falls below .20 on Friday (Unless you make a change before the deadline), your stuck with it at a cost basis of .20. I hope this answers your question. The rule isn't perfect, but I never thought, We would have to make up this rule, because there, have been .04 and .07 stocks picked, and that messes up the accuracy of the contest, if we kept the old rules, so we made a quick change to adapt to the environment around us and get those stocks out of the contest. And one more thing when you decide to make a trade (Later on in the contest) into another stock, that stock is approved by whether it meets the criteria that day, not whether it meets the criteria today. Hope this helps.

---All above is just my humble opinion.
And I could always be wrong.
And as always do your own DD.---
