They need to get their public filings cleaned up. I usually have 1-2 days of suicide watch after reading the legal woes quarter after quarter. I know it's been that way for a long time, and the law firm isn't foreclosing, but why would anyone serious have faith in the stock when they make it sound like they will never make money, they need to raise more money, and they haven't hit any targets? I'm pointing out that if reality is indeed different, they need to communicate that in a bigger and more official manner. In the meantime, long and strong (but feeling weak). Back to the teens...will this ever hold $.20 or higher?
