I believe the stock is being accumulated by institutions and with 'non-material' news like this will get sold/shorted as they create liquidity in the stock. So far 1 institution has dipped its toe. Mid Oct and mid Nov I expect to see others.

The by product of this type of trading/institutional accumulation is to create uncertainty among small shareholders so that they sell. The tree shakes and leave fall. The collect the falling leaves. all this is my opinion but I have seen this before. There isn't a shred of information or news about PLSB that would lead a person to believe that an issue has arisen.

Continued growth in distribution will be followed by sale of product. I keep watching and will jump in for more when I see volume to the upside.
