Told him I had contacted the transfer agent and gave him the share structure. He was defensive and focused on the point that that the transfer agent shouldn't give out the outstanding share count. He said he had doubts that the outstanding share count of 1.293 billion was correct.
I didn't like his whole response.
Then I asked him what he was doing for business development. He said he was not doing anything for business devevopment but that he was in investor relations. I asked him what he was doing. He wouldn't give me a specific answer, except answering the phone. He said he had discussed things with Newton that he would be doing, but couldn't discuss this with me.
