[I Need Help]

Today's Trading: What We Know What I Think

*Note* The reason for this daily post: I think CTIX is in a transitory period, and I see raw nerves and emotions being expressed. So, I am trying to see if I can put things in perspective.

What we know:

1) CTIX traded 451,806 shares, closed at the Ask $1.90, up $0.01 for the day. Significantly more shares traded today than yesterday, approximately 200,000.

2) Big block trading started in the early morning and continued sporadically throughout most of the day. Uncharacteristic of late, big block buying was also evident throughout the day.

3) There were 2 modestly positive PR's released in the early morning. There was also a significant mention of CTIX in a SA article, also positive. Please, look these up if you have not already. It is part of good DD.

What I think:

1) Technicals looked to be accumulation/distribution with tight pricing. I would give the edge to the buyers. If this trend continues, PPS should move higher. The most positive signal from today's trading was the increased volume.

2) I think there may be continuing big block selling starting from last week. This selling was met by good demand, and did not affect price very much. Price did slip slightly below support of $1.88, but $1.88 held without much strain. There was a significant amount of big block buying throughout the day. Haven't seen this type activity for some time, and it looked positive.

3) I am not sure how significant the 2 PR's and SA article were on trading. They may have had an impact, but it did not seem significant. I would chalk this up as more good news without a corresponding reflection in price, which is compressing the spring tension that eventually will propel the PPS. I'm looking forward to the next few days trading. If more of it is like today's; then, I think we are looking good.

Rarely have I seen a company which has had so much good news have its share PPS be so nonresponsive--especially in the absence of any bad news. The scales are likely to rebalance. I am expecting CTIX to do some catching up.
