They must get every one of them .. best in jail ... but IF not .. well then .........I don't give a damn! .. Once people can't walk around shopping centers, schools, navy yards ...etc.. anywhere in town ..then something radical must eventually be done ... All civilized places cannot put up with that kind of crap !.... .. everyone will be living in a fortress . .if it keeps up . .It's almost too much to ask of our law officers . .everywhere in the world unless they have some laws backing them up ... i.e. GUN LAWS! ..
