Mr. Robert H. O'Connor has been the Owner of O'Connor Mortgage and Investment Company for over 30 years. Mr. O'Connor established OCMI in 1981 and has developed, built and acquired both commercial and residential properties. He has developed substantial business experience in the course of originating real estate loans and business loans in California. Mr. O'Connor served with PG&E for 20 years, during which time he achieved a position of significant responsibility. Mr. O'Connor has been a Director of Anoteros Inc. since April 29, 2011. He is a Founding Member of the California Association of Mortgage Brokers, and a Member of National Association of Mortgage Brokers. He served as Independent Director at Ponderosa Lumber, Inc. since October 2, 2007. He served as an Independent Director of National Automation Services, Inc. from October 2, 2007 to August 21, 2012. He is a qualified expert witness in State and Federal Courts. Mr. O'Connor holds a Law degree from Lincoln University Law School in 1975 and a Degree in Finance from Golden Gate University.
