Let me explain a little more.. First off, you didn't ask why Spencer pulled out a loan.. Why did FUTU, a profitable company, need and extra million bucks? Profitable for a number of years too.. Why?? From profitable to debt?

certainly after robbing WZE/FU for a few cold clean million dollars, pay off's plus their extra bonus salaries for DOING NOTHING at FU save robbing their shareholders. An example here, of how they just use their share power to do as they please and exclude all other common share holders, inside of FU

At the Annual Meeting, 2,472,469 votes were cast in favor of the approval of the Company’s 2012 Employee Stock Option Plan, with 369,842 shares voting against, 19,085 shares abstaining, and 4,170,889 broker non-votes.

That's how they gave themselves raises in FU too, whenever they loaded to dump WZE. Salary.
