The company is executing its plan to obtain a fair market cap for the company and justice for its investors. With a mere 55,000 shares in the float the company now has lots of options. If the company earns a profit this quarter, which I expect it will, we could see a dividend declared that would benefit those who own the 55,000 shares and yes Mr. Lenfest could exclude his shares if he chose to. Seems to me I read the fees alone being saved by going dark were around $80,000. per year. Paying our $55,000. of that in dividends wouldn't seem unreasonable to me to start the ball rolling. Of course a stock dividend in combination with that wouldn't hurt either. Go TEVE!!!
