Ok,as of now I think Roca control of the shell(nevada enity),those w...kers you referred to "Tang" /Mega Pacific etc have had the entity for sale at $220,000-Re Mega Pacific CURRENT DEAL

Shell company now listed on OTCQB
Asking Price - US$220,000 for 80% of outstanding
Clean balance sheet

The phan,tang/bok and Chen brothers have been trying to sell the entity.

I assume Roca have taken control of it in lieu of debts
