More important people need to call their State or Federal Congressmen or Congresswoman about the selling of nonexistent entities by participants of the DTCC to U.S. investors to whom they owe a fiduciary duty, in return for their cash. That is the real crime.

It happened on KATX every trading day for almost 3 years.

Old timers that said it never happens should be on the run.
