Has ENTA ever disclosed whether the milestones are tied to any special circumstances such as first to approval or being part of a 2 DAA instead of a 3 DAA?

They aren’t. For the partnership on ABT-450, $40M of the remaining milestone payments from ABBV are for NDA/DAA submissions and $155M are for marketing approvals.
