How did this value come about considering neither has any assets or revenues at this junction (first red flag).

Are you and Sterling claiming that Ragsdale is speaking on behalf of GLER? To the best of my knowledge, Ragsdale claims to be the CEO of HAWK and HAWK is the company doing all of the acquiring. HAWK investors (the 80% ownership) would be pretty upset if he just gave it all away (yes I know some believe that is what companies do; give away their business for free).

I suggest GLER go hire some available Mexican Officials, now freed from another scam, for their BoD.
