You're wrong. They said "starting to collect." That isn't necessarily the same as actually receiving money. That could be a phone call. Or a letter. Or seeing someone on the street and yelling "Yo Vinny, you gonna pay me some of that money for that thing?"
The rest of his statement is forward-looking, which is easy to just say "we didn't promise, it was all forward-looking, we hoped to collect revenues owed, but it did not happen during the second quarter."
In fact, when they do the October CC they're claiming, they'll answer the question (which I'm sure will be asked) with "You will see the results of our efforts in the quarterly filing, due out by November 14."
So yeah, I heard the CC...I didn't hear what you wanted to believe you heard.
I heard what they were trying to sneak by and apparently did...not that the shareprice reflects many people bought into their wording.
