RDY: We all understand he is currently not a beneficial owner. However, he would have been one on the day for determining the requirement of filing - at least, he would have been if had been holding. He did not file.

Why is this so important to anyone? The price began a steady decline from the day he filed his first 13G. He has indicated he has no interest in working with NeoMedia. So no impact on the business and no impact on the PPS.
