Try following me on this- if marijuana is 100% legal in colorado and cbis is based in colorado- they now have an endless supply of legal marijuana to obtain for their studies. There is no longer the threat of govt interference in their transactions, no threat of the govt shutting down their supplier. With the laws being how they were- the main obstacle after securing the approval for the study is actually obtaining the marijuana- a constant consistent supply- now they can acquire any strain they want.
Their is no need to move their research to europe- they should be establishing the labs along w their r&d right here.
