Thanks Shail,
You're already tired of my BS. Last two days, on our rumours, I been in kind of a panic. Taking the side now that Stony Brook isn't responsible for the screw ups on our BIG BOARDS. BUT, got a lot riding on this, hammering on APDN Investor Relations myself (since I'm a qualified investor, need my hand held, my forehead patted, and endearments softly spoken to me).

Been screwing around this A.M. waiting for sum $#1t to break, and it hasn't. So I'm gonna throw mine own at your fan, and please don't plug it in. Possibilities, all about possibilities. I do have an official Request For Information submission entered in for the study being performed through the Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) at Crane Indiana, will report on that if they accept my $7.50 offer (offer is required).

From my warped perspective, the results from the study being done by NSWC Crane and the Phase 1 Missile Defense Agency Small Business IR (sumthin) are critical. And the possibility of GREAT REWARDS are there (eternal optimist).

Got a citation somewhere where the DLA names SigNature DNA as the GOLD STANDARD. From my experience, what the DLA studies then expects, everybody falls in line. US Navy is bigger than the next 5 navies in the world added together. NSWFC Crane is looking at us. I think we're already passing the muster with Crane being chosen as an IPV.

MDA is touting the most advanced of advanced research and development systems EVER. We pass their test and everybody climbs on board.
My opinions, these are all mine.

Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSCW)
A Naval Surface Warfare Center is part of the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) operated by the United States Navy. NAVSEA Warfare Centers supply the technical operations, people, technology, engineering services and products needed to equip and support the Fleet and meet the warfighter's needs. The Warfare Centers are the Navy's principal Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) assessment activity for surface ship and submarine systems and subsystems. Additionally, the Warfare Centers provide depot maintenance and In-Service Engineering support to ensure that the systems fielded today perform consistently and reliably in the future.

NSWC consists of 10 sites or locations:
Carderock (Maryland)
Crane (Indiana)
Dahlgren (Virginia)
Dam Neck (Virginia)
Indian Head (Maryland)
Indian Head (Maryland)
Panama City (Florida)
Port Hueneme (California)
Naval Surface Warfare Center Corona, Norco (California)
Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia (Ship System Engineering Station) (Pennsylvania)

The largest of the Navy's five systems commands, NAVSEA engineers build and support America's Fleet of ships and combat systems. Accounting for nearly one-fifth of the Navy's budget, NAVSEA manages more than 150 acquisition programs and has more than 53,000 civilian and military employees at 33 activities in 16 states.
