Yeah Bruce, checking out more on our delisting issue this AM (9/19/2012). Some kind of issue. The yahoo board posting OTCQB newly created is wrong though.

Got quite a few APDN transactions this year all through the OTCQB path. My ING account also has a performance flag, mine looks like it's one that went down with the ship.

Vans digging into to the SEC infractions by MMs is great, waving that flag from the ramparts while shots being fired around him. Going get him something for valor:). Seriously Vans, great work on the secret decoder ring and the smoke signals your reporting in on.

The OTCQB is the middle tier of the OTC Markets group. To be listed on the OTCQB, a company has to fully reporting to the SEC. Thus, all information on the company is reported every quarter to the SEC and is posted on EDGAR. There are no financial or qualitative standards to be on this tier, only fully reporting.

GLTA - thinking 18 & 19 September were computer glitches honestly.

Got a buddy on TD Share/Trade/sumthin nur nuther calling me Wednesday about it too. I monitor it on Yahoo Finance and never lost the delayed trace that I know of (take glimpses and REFRESH screen (<F5>) throughout the work day. ING was always showing APDN as active too.

Please straighten me out if you have to. We don't have to dig into my personal performance now.
