TORONTO, April 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Interamerican Resources Inc ("IANR") has the pleasure of announcing that it has acquired 100% of the capital of International Sport Fields Limited a Hong Kong company that specializes in marketing a full range of synthetic grass sports fields and leisure products.

International Sport Fields Limited ("ISF") has the exclusive marketing rights for North America for Wimbledon Unreal Grass Pty Limited's synthetic grass products including its tennis courts, FIH approved hockey fields, golf and football fields.
ISF has recently also acquired the North American marketing rights for a new Chinese factory that will market its grass products under the brand name of AGL.
ISF has considerable experience in the international marketing of sports fields and its staff are able to offer full technical service to clients.
This acquisition will provide IANR with the base and expertise from which it can pursue its objective of establishing a major fully integrated international synthetic grass business.
