fast track to being a biotech CEO

I recently met him for the first time - he's clearly a very smart and nimble guy and he has also now managed to assemble a strong team for such a small company. If a third of his shots on goal work out, the company will do very well.

It's a pretty different approach than most biotechs - let's wait and see how it pans out.
