JVS was on it before I was. I was like Squeak, a bad investor, and JVS showed me the way around 2007 or 8 on the RB MB. The lying and paid promotion, starting with Barsom, was something that made me sick. I just hung with JVS from that point to try to right the wrong being done. :)

It does piss me off a little that the SEC took so long to get this done. They had the evidence for a long time dating back to when Mr Mancuso had them on the run making them explain their statements. Meanwhile, their fiddling cost investors a lot of money.

I read the complaint and there was a lot they left out of there. How about the lie about having a Draft PMA prepared? Like I raised several times on the MBs, how could they prepare a draft when they didn't have enough cases?

And how about the PR they issued when the FDA rejected their 510(k) application? Mr Mancuso made them issue a clarification that they had been rejected. The tried to spin and say the FDA approved a new technology! LMAO

Also, what about these lenders? They were the ones that really cleaned up! They certainly have a lot to do with it. I wonder whether Uncle Al and Linda decide to sing to preserve their butts? Remember, Southridge Capital is under indictment already too!
