In reply to a buy at a discount from an insider let us look at some facts as I understand the rules.
1. NNVC is not yet in a quiet period. That means DR B. can buy or sell as he pleases. He chose to buy. All the knowledge that he has is the same as what has been released. HE CHOSE TO BUY!!!
2. When NNVC starts the tox testing this will put the co. into a quiet period. The insiders may not buy or sell during this time.
This give US an equal or better footing on preventing a loss or making a gain.
3. IF Dr. B decided to sell he would need to issue an SEC form 4, I think, telling us this happened. So, we know that he hasn't taken a profit on his buy.
4. What exactly is meant by starting TOX testing? Begin the paper work? Buy insurance? Make the product? Test the product to see if it meet the quality standard for human injections? Select the facility? Have their IRB ok NNVCs plans to begin testing in their hospital? Or, just the first injection? This is quite a process and we don't know which part is the START point.
For me just announcing that it will happen is the START!
With the increase in the stock price we must be somewhere on the road. I believe that one morning we will se a PR saying that yesterday the first cohort was started with the injection. I don't believe that they will announce each injection, but wait until the cohort has all been injected. How many days after the first injection until the second? Only time will tell. How long until all have been injected and the results published? About 3 months IMHO
