I don't expect the market to get through the next 3 weeks without breaching 1330.

Would it not seem more likely that we continue up for the next 1-2 days to around 1405. Then start a grind down to ~1330. Bounce off 1330 one last time to ~1375, then breach 1330 on the way down. Just a scenario, but I until proven wrong I will probably play that rather than an extended rally.

Of course, I will be proven wrong quickly if we blast past 1420 in the next few days <G>. My position is mostly cash right now, since I expect to know soon. I will probably short QQQ if we get close to 1405 and cover if we pass 1425.
