Very nice breakdown on the B-12, it just goes to show that we
learn something everyday if you have an open mind.

I didn't know there were variants with B-12, I never researched
it before.

By the way, most man made drugs used today have a level of
toxicity to them. They call it calculated risk, scary isn't it!
